Job Description:The RoleAs Head of Consulting - Enterprise and Corporate Services, you are responsible for choosing and overseeing the delivery of a portfolio of strategy consulting projects on behalf of our Enterprise Services and Corporate Services teams. Our Enterprise and Corporate Services units are comprised of our centralized functions, including Finance and HR, and our Innovation Portfolio, including Fidelity Center for Applied Technology, Fidelity Labs and several other start up initiatives. Our projects aim to solve the most critical business issues, and your role is highly valued by business leaders to drive critical thinking forward. Your thought leadership, team management, and client relationships help to shape the future of these businesses. In addition, your work as an integral member of the Fidelity Consulting ("FC") management team helps to strengthen our group.This role will lead strategic projects critical to our business. These projects are typically staffed with three to six associates over a four-to-six-month timeframe. As Head of Consulting - Enterprise and Corporate Services, you help choose and scope a portfolio of projects, lead and manage workstreams, and partner with senior business leaders to drive successful outcomes.The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Demonstrated interest or experience in the financial services industry, with strong knowledge of the industry, customers, and products and services.
• Significant consulting experience with multiple years in the project manager role and experience counseling clients/partners, preferably with a top tier consulting firm.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexibility and the skill to lead and contribute to teams.
• MBA degree or equivalent degree or experience is preferred.
• Experience with project and team management, specifically including strategy development, evaluation of new products and services, and business transformation.
• In-depth understanding of the industry market dynamics, economic structures, competitor landscape, products and offerings, and customer trends.
• Ability to synthesize analysis and research into strategic insights and practical recommendations, including strategic analysis, financial analysis, operational analysis, and primary/secondary research.
• Capable of influencing and providing strategic guidance to senior management, through both personal interactions as well as the creation and delivery of researched-based conclusions; ability to be a true business partner to the Enterprise and Corporate Services business.
• Ability to bring ideas to increase collaboration between the organization and broader Fidelity.
• Ability to assess risk and operationalize findings - turning research into actions.
• Proficient in quantifying challenges and requirements related to execution.
• Driver of decisions in complex environments with multiple partners.
• Adept at leading multiple projects/initiatives at once.
• Skilled in building relationships with peers and executives in a variety of capacities.
