Job Description Please Note this position supports our 2nd
Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd
Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to
Thursday every Friday off.Because of the need for consistent,
in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work
onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be
performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on
location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Our employees

modifies complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and
sub-assemblies by following specific instructions. Familiar with
substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, soldering skills and
eutectic die attach.Should be familiar with substrate attach
(duroid and ceramic), MMICs, and eutectic die attach. Sheet epoxies
are our main application so they should also be familiar with
duroid and ceramic applications. Prefer to be familiar with
lamination presses, bladder bag ovens, Solder Reflow Ovens, and
sheet epoxies (mainly with the focus of attaching substrates to
modules/housings). Also prefer experience working with adhesives
and epoxy's.Computer competency and English literacy is required to
ensure the candidate will be capable of following
instruction/safety guidelines.Required Education, Experience, &
Skills High School Degree or GED and 1 year of work experience.Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $39820 - $63690Please note: This
range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not
limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and
internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as
