Leading insurance carrier seeking Construction Underwriting expertise to hit the ground running and manage casualty construction business with a focus on continued expansion of relationships with brokers and potential customers that bring 30-100 story buildings and other OCIPs to fruition.

Activities:

*** Pursue and meet targeted profit goals and develop a growing book of business in accordance with company guidelines and requirements.

*** Review renewal submissions from current clients and analyze applications from new customers.

*** Set pricing, guidelines, and rates for applications; review key submissions and determine rates and limits based on acceptable risk.

This position requires 5+ years of underwriting experience with an emphasis on large commercial construction accounts covering general liability.
