The Partnership Sales team at Fenway Sports Management serves as a
fully integrated sales organization for Fenway Sports Group. The
team is responsible for driving significant revenue, working with
FSG's owned and operated properties as well as strategic partners
across the portfolio. We accomplish our goals by cultivating
relationships with world-class brands and providing customized
solutions to tell powerful stories through the iconic properties
that we work with.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role will support the administration and optimization of FSM's
Salesforce environment, driving continued improvements in its
efficiency and effectiveness to support the sales effort. This
includes supporting key administrative functions, ensuring data
accuracy, managing user accounts, and providing support for
day-to-day operations. In addition to CRM support, this role will
actively support partnership insights workflow, providing data
analysis support for sales collateral across properties. This role
will directly contribute to data-driven decision-making across the
organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Analyst, Partnership Insights &
Intelligence to drive efficient and effective CRM operations.
Assist with consumer insights, research, social media measurement,
and broadcast valuation research.
Champion data quality and integrity, serving as a liaison with
internal teams (finance, accounting) to ensure reporting accuracy
and facilitate cross-property information sharing.
Create and maintain reports to increase day-to-day effectiveness
and ensure cross-departmental access to critical information for
all stakeholders.
Ensure seamless user functionality by managing and creating key
functionality, resolving errors, addressing user issues, and
maintaining system performance.
Create CRM user guides to ensure consistency, streamline
operations, and promote knowledge sharing.
Conduct in-depth research on CRM functionalities to identify
optimization opportunities and align with business needs.
CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ years of professional experience
in CRM, insights, market research, or a related field.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems,
preferably Salesforce.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel,
and quick to learn new tools.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple
tasks efficiently.
Experience or strong interest in sports and entertainment
sponsorship.
Committed to data integrity and optimizing CRM processes.
Strong communication skills, able to present complex data
clearly.
Experience with syndicated research tools (e.g., YouGov, Nielsen,
MVPIndex).
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability
to simplify complex data into clear, concise reports and
presentations.
