Job Description:
A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist for a fully
remote, full-time position in Washington State.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient engagement and support recovery management
processes
Educate patients on community resources and facilitate care
transitions
Maintain communication with patients and Care Team members,
ensuring continuity of care
Required Qualifications and Training
1+ years of experience in opioid use disorder treatment resources
and 2+ years in peer support
Peer certification in Washington State is required
Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support
Specialist expected within 9 months of hire
Strong preference for individuals with direct experience of
marginalization in mental health or substance use recovery
A dedicated workspace with high-speed internet for compliance with
confidentiality standards
