Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Services Specialist I to
assist patients with billing inquiries and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from patients regarding healthcare questions
and concerns
Resolve complaints and inquiries to ensure client/patient
satisfaction
Verify and update patient demographics within the system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent
preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center
environment
Prior healthcare experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Customer service focus on both internal and external clients
