Job Description:

Lead the Student and Young Adult congregation of Lighthouse Church in Boston, Massachusetts, as the Associate Pastor of Student and Young Adults. Lighthouse Church is the second-generation, English-speaking congregation of the Arabic Evangelical Baptist Church, a diverse and vibrant community. (Note: Familiarity with the Arabic culture and language is not a requirement for application.)
Work in an intercultural context to guide youth and young adults in deepening their relationship with God and equipping them to share Christ's love with others. Plan and oversee a balanced ministry, facilitate weekly programs, preach at Sunday services, mentor students, young adults, and leaders, and develop leadership skills. Engage in community outreach, create a sense of belonging, coordinate activities, manage administrative tasks, and maintain effective communication within the congregation.
