Loan Processing Assistant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Processing Assistant to support Senior Loan Processors in organizing loan files.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Senior Processors by ordering necessary services for loan file packaging
Make timely follow-up calls to gather accurate loan file information
Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan documentation for approval and closing

Required Qualifications

2+ years in an administrative or customer service position
Experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment
Knowledge of mortgage or banking practices is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Ability to interpret and draw conclusions from available information
