Job Description:
Description:Serve as the main point of contact for handling
incidents reported by stakeholders. Efficiently capture incident
details through phone call or Slack interviews or monitoring
interpretation. Analyze incidents thoroughly to understand their
scope and impact. Work tickets, triage, and/or escalate as
necessary. Collaborate with technical support teams, engineering,
and media specialists to implement enhancements and optimize media
delivery.Operate within the ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and
PagerDuty environments and ensure that procedures around tracking
and reporting issues are being followed. Participate actively in
incident management processes, documenting and tracking incidents
throughout their lifecycle using said procedures. Document
solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures to
contribute to the knowledge base.Capture the incident and create a
ticket and enter it into a ticket tracking system. Some account
creations, or easy password resets may be needed. This team
supports all DMED technology work space media, file delivery, and
broadcast. First call when there is any type of issue comes to this
team. They will monitor slack channels or receive calls from
studios- for satellite outages, outages at remote sites and most
media delivery platforms that deliver HULU, You Tube, Disney+. This
person will take that information and turn it into an incident and
escalate to the team to manage it. So try to keep bill rate to
$30.00/hr due to the overtime needed. However, if they come up a
few extra dollars, we will consider them, but need to stay within a
