Job Description:
A company is looking for an RN Recruiter to join their team and
drive the recruitment of RN advocates.
Key Responsibilities
Own the RN recruiting process from start to finish
Rapidly produce candidates and manage the hiring pipeline
Contribute to the interview and onboarding process while upholding
company culture
Required Qualifications
3+ years of RN recruiting experience
Comfort with ambiguity and a strong sense of curiosity
Intuition for effective recruitment strategies
Proficiency with recruiting tools, with a willingness to learn new
ones
A bias toward action and execution in recruitment activities
