We are continuing to grow and are looking for nurses who are current leaders or would like to get into leadership.Why join us?5000 Sign on bonusWilling to TrainCompetitive CompensationLittle CallJob DetailsThis position is for an inpatient operating room assistant Nurse ManagerM-F 9-5 roleSPECIFICATIONSStaff education/training, the establishment of a learning environment, in partnership with a nurse Educator and ManagerFacilitates staffing models necessary to support case volumes and acuity Evaluates clinical processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, and facilitate appropriate changeResponsible for direct nurse supervision on weekends and off shifts, in partnership with the clinical supervisor. Evaluate clinical documentation to ensure completion and accuracy.QUALIFICATIONS: Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience with the most appropriate patient population being served by the care team.Education: AND required; BSN preferred.Interested in hearing more?
