Job Description:
New Grad RN and Extern Programs Available
We are currently recruiting for nursing graduates to join our
supportive community of clinical educators, experienced nurses, and
fellow residents. Our new grad program promotes learning with
hands-on experience to help establish valuable clinical and
critical thinking skills for your transition from student to
RN.
About Our New Graduate RN Program
Our 12-month program is designed to create a solid foundation at
the start of your nursing profession. You will have the opportunity
to experience different shifts, patient populations, and unit
cultures. Our comprehensive curriculum is delivered through a
collaborative and supportive environment, where you can develop
delegation and priority setting skills, holistic patient care
through interdisciplinary communication, and establish valuable
professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
As a newly qualified registered nurse, you will work as part of a
multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing
direct nursing care to assigned patients, and supervising staff to
whom nursing care is appropriately delegated.
What We Offer
We offer a generous pay and benefits package, up to $20,000 sign-on
bonus (payable as you go), and tuition reimbursement. Our
supportive community of clinical educators, experienced nurses, and
fellow residents will help you develop your skills and confidence
in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our new grad program, you must have graduated
from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or
be currently enrolled in nursing school with a graduation date
within the next 12 months. We also offer externships for students
who want to gain hands-on experience and learn more about our
hospital and culture.
Certifications and Requirements
We require our nurses to be currently licensed, certified, or
registered to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy;
CPR certification is also necessary. Tenet complies with federal,
state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its
workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated
under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of
full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical
exemption prior to your start date.

from all qualified candidates. We are committed to diversity,
equity, and inclusion and strive to create a workplace that is free
from discrimination and harassment.
