**Job Summary:**
This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The nurse is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

**Requirements:**
