• Perform comprehensive health assessments on patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients about their health conditions and medications
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, such as specialists and social workers
• Participate in patient care quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, EPIC EMR Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in nursing with a focus on advanced practice nursing (APRN)
  • Certified as an APRN by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in internal medicine
  • Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of NH
  • Experience in providing primary care to adults of all ages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
