• Employment Type: Local ContractNight 7-7 Description: *** L&D/Post-Partum Nights & EOW 36hrs. ***1.Unit Name: Labor & Delivery/Post Partum Unit.2.Brief Unit Description: 25-bed Labor & Delivery Unit which encompasses: L&D, PP, NBN, 2 OR s, 2 ANU rooms, RR.3.Years of Experience Required: 3 years minimum.4.Skill Sets Required: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care. 5.Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 Active Labor, Magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL. PP 1:3-4.6.Patient Population: All.7.Bed Count: 5 LD Rooms, 12 PP, 2 OR s, 2 RR, 2 ANU with 4 beds.8.Census: Average daily census 15-25 mother, babies and labor. 9.EMR (Charting System): EPIC.10.Floating Required: No.11.Rotating Shifts Required: Day Rotate position w/ 1 Night of Call is (7a-7p, 11a-11p & 7p-7a). Eves & Nights positions are straight shifts.12.Certifications Required: Active Massachusetts RN License.
