Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to
oversee key service areas and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee operational functions for Call Center,
Behavioral Health, and Help Desk/IT Support contracts
Establish and monitor operational KPIs and implement metrics-driven
reporting structures
Serve as the primary operational contact for key government
clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing compliance
concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
20 years in a senior operations role, with 10 years in government
contracting (GovCon)
Proven track record in Call Center, Behavioral Health, or IT
Support environments
Expertise in managing KPIs and financial metrics to maintain
profitability
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-compliance
environment
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex
operational data effectively
