Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Manager to join their
Corporate Counsel team.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor colleagues on legislative and regulatory review and
implementation
Manage policy and legislative review processes and track new laws
and regulations
Prepare summaries and analyses of legislation and present to
internal audiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5+ years of legal or regulatory experience, preferably in health
plan/managed care
2+ years of experience with Westlaw and legislative tracking
software
Familiarity with the Affordable Care Act and State Based Exchanges
is a plus
Experience working with attorneys and internal stakeholders is
beneficial
