Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Art Director to oversee
creative and operational aspects of game development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the project lifecycle from concept to release,
ensuring alignment with creative vision
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and
innovation
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance to meet
milestones
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years in the game development industry, with at least
3 years in a senior management role
Experience with Wuxia or culturally similar projects is highly
desirable
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a creative
environment
Extensive experience in project management, including budgets and
timelines
Familiarity with game development tools and platforms, such as
Unreal Engine, is a plus
