Biosense Webster, Inc. is the global leader in the science of diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. The company established its leadership in electrophysiology with the development of the first real-time, 3D cardiac mapping and navigation technology, as well as the first electrophysiology catheter. The introduction of the company's CARTO-- 3 System in 2009 revolutionized 3D mapping technology by increasing the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of the cardiac ablation procedure.\rThe Key Account Territory Manager (KA-TM) is responsible for implementing and executing Biosense Webster's commercial strategies at key accounts and is accountable to achieve the sales goals in the assigned territory by delivering market share and market share growth, as well as other key metrics. The KA-TM is responsible to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, hospital, EP laboratory staff, and key opinion leaders in order to grow and develop business.\rAs the Key Account Territory Manager, you will:\r

• I ndirectly lead a team (pod) including Clinical Account Specialists (CAS's) and partners with Field Service Engineers (FSE's) to ensure alignment and coordination in meeting business objectives.
• R esponsible to manage all aspects of the customer group, which include members of large hospital systems/IDN and teaching institutions.
• I nfluences clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within assigned account base to support the use of all BWI products.
• A pproaches each customer from a total account management perspective, by leveraging resources appropriately, collaborating with internal and external partners, including stakeholders such as HCPs, Administrators, C-Suite, Quality, Case Management, and other emerging influencers. \r\r\r
