Job Description:

A company is looking for a Surrogacy Client Relationship Manager (Match Manager).



Key Responsibilities

Manage 50 or more cases of intended parents and surrogates/egg donors, overseeing logistics and relationship management
Collaborate with a team of professionals to facilitate the surrogacy journey from match creation to post-delivery
Provide exceptional customer service and support clients and surrogates/donors through emotional, legal, and financial concerns


Required Qualifications and Education

4+ years of experience in customer service, business negotiations, or relationship management
Some college education, preferably in nursing, social work, psychology, teaching, or business management
Experience in the fertility industry as a third-party coordinator, agency case manager, or former surrogate/donor/intended parent
Ability to develop relationships and guide clients through complex emotional and logistical issues
Experience in analyzing data and implementing action plans to meet goals
