Immediate need for business analyst seeking professional.

Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization. Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices. May require an advanced degree and 2-5 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.

Key Responsibilities

? Support creation, consolidation, analysis of correspondence and content inventories

? Perform data quality / integrity diagnostics; recommend and implement agreed solutions

? Support facilitated sessions with partners, including definition, planning, preparation, execution, results summary

? Manage team document / record repository and knowledge management; including timely capture of receipt, meta-data tagging, organization, version maintenance, team alerts, etc?

? Maintain documentation of analysis assumptions, strategy, observations risks, recommendations, lessons learned ? for all analysis

? Lead collection, maintenance, analysis, opportunity identification from issues log

? Support definition of a robust yet flexible taxonomy & nomenclature convention for content / document management

? Support definition & execution of key process and simplification metrics and data collection plans and sampling strategy; execute data collection as needed

? Capture process documentation, meeting minutes, and key learning ? summarizing findings / recommendations in an easily referenced, actionable format

? Take lead in partner meeting scheduling, status (routine), updates, etc?

? Professionally handle and protect personal identifying and operational data

? Lead / support voice of business interviews and qualitative analysis
