This position reports to Director Infrastructure Planning and is in the Transport and Infrastructure group. It is an Individual Contributor position.LocationThis position is fully remote work from home within the USThe Main ResponsibilitiesManages floor space, power, and cooling for regionalize network facilities/data centers.Kicks off space and power projects into engineering and PM groups.Develops/defines plans for the implementation of new plant construction or modifications to existing facilities.Prepares plans and specifications, to include gathering field data.Assures that the most feasible, practical and economical means to complete the work are utilized. Provides cost data to support capital planning and budgeting.Monitors and controls project expenditures.Skilled in planning and/or engineering.Resolves interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms including e-mail, files transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing and the like.What We Look For in a CandidateRequired Qualifications:5+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's DegreeAttention to detail with good organizational capabilitiesAbility to prioritize with good time management skillsStrong data/economic analysis skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsDetail oriented with an intense focus on qualityProven track record as adept and effective project managerExceptional organizational, prioritization, and communications skillsStrong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio & SQLPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in related field and 2+ years of related experienceExperience in an engineering role that included a substantial business/financial focus#CNPCompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
