Here, you will make an impact by:

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve electrical/control systems:
  • Drive control components, I/O, PLC devices & logic
  • Field control devices
  • Network systems and communication
  • Perform independent preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on web handling production equipment, ultrasonic welders, pleaters, pumps, heat exchangers, building HVAC, and facility utilities.
    • Document work in maintenance tracking systems and develop/refine standard work for maintenance activities.
    • Perform basic welding, machining, and fabrication tasks using shop equipment, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
    • Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.Your Skills and Expertise - To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
      • Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
        • Minimum of three (3) years of mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic work in a private, public, government, or military environment
        • Ability to work rotating weekends, overtime, or holidays as neededAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
          • Possess or be in the last 6 months of pursuing a two-year technical degree or certificate program in an engineering or maintenance-related field (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Robotics & Automation, etc.)
          • Possess good documentation skills and can read and understand electrical/mechanical prints.
